A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF are available. We work with experienced freight forwarders to arrange sea‑shipping for global destinations.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: For power distribution transformers, MOQ is 1 unit.

Q4: What certifications can you provide?
A: Products comply with IEC standards, CE certification. We can offer factory routine test reports, inspection documents for customs clearance. Third‑party inspection is acceptable before shipment.

Q5: What is your production lead‑time?
A: Standard models: 15‑25 working days. Custom‑made units will depend on technical parameters, we will confirm lead‑time in formal quotation.

Q6: What payment terms do you support?
A: T/T telegraphic transfer is our main term. 30% deposit for production, balance before shipment. L/C is negotiable for large‑volume orders.

Q7: Can you provide technical drawing?
A: Yes. After order confirmation, we supply CAD dimension drawing for your site preparation.

Q8: After‑sales support
A: We provide remote technical guidance for installation and troubleshooting. Spare‑parts support is available.
